  • Timeline
  • Pricing
  • Specific client requirements

3.2 Scope Management

• Any modifications to the original project scope must:
  • Be requested in writing by the client
  • Be reviewed and approved by TitanDevAgency
  • Specify additional hours and associated costs
• Changes are only implemented after written client confirmation
• Additional work will be invoiced at our standard hourly rate

4. Refund, Cancellation, and Fulfillment Policy

4.1 Project Initiation and Cancellation

• Pre-project Cancellation:
  • No penalty for cancellation before work commencement
• Mid-Project Cancellation:
  • Initial consultation and project scoping are non-refundable
  • Clients billed for all hours worked up to cancellation point
  • Prepaid amounts prorated based on actual work completed

4.2 Refund Policy

• Full refunds are not provided for web development services
• Partial refunds may be considered in exceptional circumstances:
  • Significant deviation from agreed project specifications
  • Demonstrable failure to meet critical project requirements
  • Refund amount will not exceed the value of unacceptable work

4.3 Service Fulfillment Guarantee

Company Commitments:

• Provide clear project timelines
• Maintain open communication
• Deliver work meeting agreed specifications

If Project Milestones Are Not Met:

• Provide detailed explanation
• Offer revised timeline
• Propose solutions to address delays

4.4 Client Responsibilities

Clients Must:

• Provide timely feedback
• Submit required materials promptly
• Respond to project-related communications

Potential Consequences of Non-Compliance:

• Project timeline extensions
• Additional billing for project delays
• Potential project cancellation without refund

5. Intellectual Property

5.1 Source Code Ownership

• Full source code transferred to client upon:
  • Complete project delivery
  • Full payment of all invoiced amounts
• Pre-payment, source code remains TitanDevAgency property
• Maintained in private GitHub repository during development

6. Pricing and Payment

6.1 Payment Methods

Accepted Payment Channels:

• Stripe (Primary)
• PayPal
• Upwork

6.2 Payment Schedule

• 20-50% upfront payment required
• Remaining balance invoiced upon project milestones or completion
• Payment due within 10 days of invoice date

6.3 Late Payments

• 2% monthly fee on outstanding balances after 10 days
• Late fees will be calculated from the original invoice due date
• Continued non-payment may result in:
  • Suspension of project work
  • Potential contract termination
  • Legal action to recover outstanding amounts

7. Warranties and Limitations

7.1 Service Warranty

• Guarantee of work meeting agreed specifications
• 30-day limited warranty for critical bug resolution
• Warranty excludes:
  • Scope changes
  • Client-side modifications
  • Third-party plugin/service failures

7.2 Liability Limitation

• Total liability limited to specific project’s contract value
• Exclusions include:
  • Indirect damages
  • Business revenue loss
  • Third-party service interruptions

8. Confidentiality

• Mutual confidentiality of sensitive project information
• Client information handled with strict privacy standards
• Portfolio usage rights reserved unless specifically restricted

9. Dispute Resolution

• Initial resolution through good-faith negotiation
• Delaware courts have jurisdiction
• Arbitration as potential alternative to litigation
